Synopsis

Dan Malloy, champion roman rider of the United States, goes to Canada to see the country and falls in love with Marie La Farge. Dan wants to marry the girl, but her father disapproves of the match. Fred Burgess, a poacher, kills La Farge, and Dan is blamed for the crime. He eludes the Mounties and finds work on a ranch. On the day of the rodeo at Calgary, Dan is identified by the police, but before he is arrested he wins the roman race and uses his winnings to pay off the mortgage on his employer's ranch. A woman who saw the murder puts the finger on the real killer, and Dan is set free to find happiness with Marie.
