Brief Synopsis

Carter Brace is out to murder Belden. Collins who was sent to bring in the border gang led by Brace, saves Belden's life in San Francisco. When they all reach the border, Brace tries again.

Synopsis

Leaving a conference in Washington on narcotics smuggling, Cultus Collins, the sheriff of Cayuse County, goes to San Francisco where he anonymously rescues wealthy Henry Belden during a fight in a Chinatown dive. Cultus later changes clothes with a well-known bandit, and Belden mistakes him for a criminal. Carter Brace, Belden's business representative, attempts to cheat Belden out of a ranch, but Cultus foils the plot. Cultus later saves Belden's life again. The rugged sheriff eventually links Brace with the dope smugglers and quickly breaks up his gang.
