Synopsis

Baron Polinka, Count Basil, Doctor Marshall and little Bobby Mason all attend a demonstration for The League of Nations of a death ray invented by Sir James Blake of Scotland Yard, his niece, Hope Mason, and Jerry Sheehan, which is taking place at Blake's London house. Blake hopes that the ray, which is capable of destroying a ship two hundred miles off the coast, will put an end to all war. Meanwhile, arch villain The Scorpion and his crew plot to steal the death ray. They tunnel under the house and hold Bobby hostage, forcing Blake to turn over the invention. Blake and Inspector Henderson, accompanied by Hope, Jerry and Marshall, follow The Scorpion to Paris. There, The Scorpion captures Blake and plans to use the death ray on him and his friends, but Jerry and Henderson rescue him. In the confusion, The Scorpion escapes with the ray. Back in London, Marshall is revealed to be The Scorpion and Blake turns the ray over to the League of Nations. Jerry then asks Hope to be his girl friend.
