Synopsis

A wealthy, balding homosexual hires a young blonde hustler to spend a weekend with him at his summer cottage on Fire Island, New York. As the young man suns himself on the beach, the older man boasts of his "possession" to a female neighbor who delights in trying to entice young hustlers away from their weekend lovers. When an older hustler joins them on the porch of the beachhouse, the balding man bets his two companions that they cannot lure away his blonde houseguest. After the young woman has made an unsuccessful attempt to do so, the older hustler joins the younger man in the bathroom of the beachhouse. As they shower and shave, they discuss the life of a professional hustler, its rewards and its drawbacks. Their lengthy conversation is interrupted several times as other people, including the balding man, stop by to chat with the young hustler. Through it all, however, he remains noncommittal, seemingly indifferent to the swarm of admirers competing for his attention.
