Synopsis

Victor, a juvenile delinquent, beats up a passerby who reads books. He flexes a chain and dances sensuously. He is then bound in a chair for "reconditioning" by a detective who forces him and other delinquents to watch sadistic pornographic films. A young woman sits on a trunk throughout. In the background, a group of masochists are chained and tortured. Eventually, Victor is brought to his knees.
