Synopsis
The career of iconic low-budget filmmaker Roger Corman is chronicled. Beginning as a screenwriter, Corman began directing movies for American International Pictures in the 1950s, and gave many famous filmmakers and actors some of their first work in the industry. Former colleagues and protegees who are interviewed include Peter Fonda, Ron Howard, Joe Dante, David Carradine, Paul Bartel, Peter Bodganovich, and Martin Scorcese. Also included are clips from several of Corman's films.
