Synopsis
Gerard Reve is a famous writer and a homosexual with a vivid imagination. He is obsessed with alcohol, Catholic mysticism, death and 19th century Gothic grotesque -- as well as with Christine, a beautiful woman who, much to his surprise, seduces all of his senses.
