Synopsis
The first of two pilot films about Paul Taylor, a sportswriter who dies on the operating table and is brought back from the brink of death. Though in the world of the living, Taylor still holds a connection to the world beyond, one that commands him to help people threatened by the occult. In the first story, a supernatural inner voice brings Paul to Woodvale, a small New England town, to seek out Clara Sanford and solve the mystery of an eerie presence that has her and her Aunt Joanna in the grip of fear.
