Synopsis
In the 1980s, lonely desperados wander the streets of Hamburg's St. Pauli district. The trio - the taxi driver Skoda, the hairdresser Liane and ex-prostitute Hilke - are united by their desire to leave everything behind. As their paths cross, there is a brief glimmer of hope, yet the dream of a better life is shattered by an oppressive reality.
