Synopsis
From the crowded markets of Chinatown, to the foggy docks of Fisherman's Wharf, to the streets of the Mission District, viewers ride with San Francisco's elite police as they do battle on the streets of the "City by the Bay." The program profiles hostage situations, including the Pine and Franklin shootout in which a heavily armed gunman murdered one officer and held nearly 40 others at bay until being taken down by a SWAT sniper.
