Synopsis

Documentary about the annual Sturgis Rally, the biggest motorcycle rally in the world. Every year since 1940, Harley Davidson owners from around the world journey to the small town of Sturgis in the Black Hills of South Dakota, for a few days of camaraderie. The program follows Peter Fonda as he makes his trip to Sturgis from his Montana home. Fonda rides with his friends, including J.P. DeJoria, owner of Paul Mitchell hair products, and the Ugly Motorcycle Club, of which Fonda is a member. At the rally, Fonda is inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame. The program also goes behind the scenes with daredevil Robbie Knievel and his crew as they prepare for a death-defying motorcycle jump over a stage and into the audience.
