Synopsis
Hoping to escape the pressures of the medical profession, Kaye Brenner, an operating room nurse, and Steve Griffin, a first year medical student, pool their resources and buy a restaurant-bar, which they name Kaye and Steve's Recovery Room, that caters to the doctors and nurses of the nearby Knickerbocker Hospital in New York City.
