Synopsis
While working as a counselor at a summer camp, Kristin Sorenson, a 17-year-old girl, grows lonely and depressed because her boyfriend has not written to her. On her birthday, her loneliness leads to a romantic encounter with another counselor. Later, when Kristin returns home, she receives a call from the boy at camp telling her that a medical exam revealed that he had gonorrhea.
