Synopsis
A live-action version of the ten-inch clay character made famous on "Saturday Night Live." The trusting Mr. Bill, his loyal family, and their neighbors, the Sluggos, have relocated from Bill Valley to two tiny houses in the normal-sized village of Garden Hills.
