Synopsis
Three segments depict the lives of people who face medical problems and have found solutions against the odds. In "Spacesuit Boy," a nine-year-old has a rare genetic disorder, leaving him dangerously allergic to the sun. His parents connect with NASA which builds him a spacesuit that allows the boy to play outside. In "Sarah's Story," a young girl who loses her feet in an accident is given a set of plastic feet by an innovative clinic, helping her to achieve a lifelong dream -- becoming a high school cheerleader. In the segment, "Tucker the Horse," a young thoroughbred is born blind with cataracts in both eyes. A woman takes pity on him and saves his life as he is about to be sent to the slaughterhouse. Through the efforts of a Colorado community, funds are raised to try surgery to restore his sight. Today, he is a seeing horse training with a renowned trainer.
