Synopsis
Public affairs special examines issues on the minds of young Americans. In part one, journalist and political commentator Fred Barnes investigates the changed concept of how boys should be raised. In part two, reporter Laura Ingraham visits with active and retired members of the military, politicians, educators, and authors to discuss the presence of women in the military, the military culture and the nation's military readiness. In part three, broadcaster and columnist Larry Elder speaks with athletes, coaches, educators, federal officials and civil rights activists about the failings of Title IX -- designed to insure that no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
