Synopsis

Documentary that travels into the lives of the two biggest private arms dealers in the world -- Sarkis Soghanalian and Sam Cummings. Lebanese-born Sarkis Soghanalian claims he has worked for the CIA and he felt that he had the full support of the US Government when he helped buy arms for Saddam Hussein. Cummings, a Philadelphia born Army veteran, has sold guns to the CIA-backed rebels in Guatemala, Haiti's Francois Duvalier, the Dominican Republic's Rafael Leonidas Trujillo, Cuba's Fulgencio Batista and Fidel Castro, would have sold to Moammar Gadhafi had the British government not blocked the transaction. Together these men have helped prop up dictatorships, overthrow governments and made millions.
