Synopsis
Television movie in which a rich dog and a poor dog trade places. The switch involves the President's American bulldog named Liberty and his street-wise twin Moocher, an expert at thwarting Sparks, the local Animal Control Officer. The two dogs find themselves walking in each other's paw-steps with Moocher enjoying a life of leisure and Liberty facing the adversity of life on the streets. Eventually, the President is reunited with Liberty and adopts Moocher, giving the country two first dogs.
