Synopsis
In 1963, celebrated feminist/author/editor Gloria Steinem -- then a struggling journalist -- decided to do a piece on the newly opened Playboy Club in the Big Apple for Show Magazine and gamely joined other new recruits for training as a Playboy Bunny. The fluff piece later turned up in her best-selling book "Outrageous Acts and Everday Rebellions" and two decades later was expanded into this lightheared TV movie with Kirstie Alley portraying the Steinem of the Bunny brigade. An Emmy Award nomination went to the battery of film sound editors.
