Synopsis

Documentary that looks at the case of Kenneth Allen McDuff, the most infamous sexual predator in modern Texas history, who was sent to death row, paroled and then sent back after killing again. In 1966. McDuff abducted three teenagers near Fort Worth, Texas. He shot and killed the two boys and, with an accomplice, raped and strangled the young woman. The accomplice confessed and McDuff was arrested and tried for murder. Sentenced to death, he eluded the electric chair when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the death penalty was unconstitutional. His death sentence was commuted to life in prison. In the 1980s, McDuff was among thousands of violent criminals released to make room for new arrivals. After his release, he became the prime suspect in five murders. He was captured, tried and convicted of the rapes and murders of a pregnant mother and an accountant. Sentenced to die, he was executed by lethal injection on November 17, 1998.
