Synopsis
A police captain is assigned to the most corrupt precinct in the city. When a couple of his cops are arrested for burglary, the chief of police believes that the corruption may involve more than just the two officers. He assigns Captain Janet Hamilton to the command with a mandate to find out how dirty the precinct is, and then to clean it up. Her arrival is greeted with suspicion and hostility by the cops serving under her. Nevertheless, she courageously pursues the corrupt cops and manages to restore the precinct's morale.
