Synopsis
In the 1940s, haunted by incestuous feelings towards his sister, Andre flees his village for Sao Paolo. After living there for awhile, his brother Pedro arrives to bring him home to the family farm. Though he dreads facing his strictly religious father, Andre finally agrees to return. His family welcomes him back with open arms, but still Andre struggles to make his own peace with his father and God.
