Synopsis
Two half-sisters, aged 8 and 13, have never shared any affection or even connection - in fact, they barely know of each other's existence. Dina, the younger of the two lives with her rich parents, enjoying tutors, music lessons and all manner of luxury. Sveta, the elder, lives with her poor grandmother, forced by necessity to show maturity and responsibility beyond her years. When the girls' father faces reprisal from a rival gangster, Dina finds herself in great danger - her father's enemies are hunting her down and the only person she can turn to is Sveta. Suddenly, the pair find themselves running for their lives from the local mafiosi. Over the course of their flight, the sisters come to understand and rely on each other in ways neither would ever have thought possible, or even worthwhile.
