Synopsis
In the 1970s, a provincial Korean town is poisoned by the presence of U.S. troops still stationed there, and by the terrible memory of the Korean War. Three teenagers try to cope with the ambivalent legacies left them by their dysfunctional parents, including a distraught woman whose letters to the American G.I. who fathered her child are all returned "Address Unknown."
