Synopsis

Kathleen Russell, a struggling single mother, wishes that she and daughter Zoey can move into a real house and out of their rundown apartment in time for the holidays. Kathleen's boss Sam Fields, offers Kathleen and Zoey money to pose as his wife and daughter to impress Javier Del Campo, a wealthy industrialist primed to purchase his company. Though she dislikes Sam, Kathleen agrees to the scheme in order to earn money for her future home. When the visit extends through Christmas, holiday magic prevails as Zoey becomes attached to Sam and the visitor Del Campo teaches them all a profound lesson about love.
