Synopsis
Philip K. Dick, who died in 1982 following a series of strokes, left behind a legacy of more than fifty novels, five volumes of short stories reams of correspondence, and an 8,000 page self-examination called "The Exegesis," explaining, he hoped, the mystical experiences which inform his later fiction. Regarded the the godfather of modern science fiction, Dick is a visionary author whose intelligence and imagination have spawned the masterworks of the genre and inspired several film classics ("Total Recall," "Blade Runner," "The Imposter). A tribute to his prolific career and an intimate look at the mysterious mind of one of the greatest writers of the 20th century from interviews with those closest to him.
