Synopsis
During a routine mission to deploy a new high-tech satellite, a potentially catastrophic accident damages the Space Shuttle Endeavor. With systems failing fast, Commander Clay Jarvis, rookie astronaut Scott Hines, mission specialist Karen Daniels and filmmaker Jonah Randall must join forces with NASA appointed Rena Bartlett at Mission Control, who attempts to verbally guide the astronauts back to Earth before time runs out.
