Synopsis
Beginning January 1, 1999 and ending at the turn of the new millennium, this autobiographical journal from Iranian- American filmmaker Caveh Zahedi covers every aspect of his life. We bear witness as he visits his ailing father, dances around his room, and fights with his girlfriend. In what is perhaps the film's most harrowing moment, we look on as a friend records Caveh's traditional birthday mushroom trip.
