Karl Jorgensen is the Managing Director for a multinational investment bank in Rotterdam. He is the boss and surrogate father of Kevin Burke, a young, ambitious executive who's just received a promotion. Kevin has been thoroughly trained to protect the firm's employees in volatile third world markets. At the expense of his jealous biological son, Karl Jr., Karl Sr. closely mentored Kevin over the years and, thus, Kevin has been molded into a confident, young man. Right before Kevin is to propose to his beloved girlfriend, Rosalind, an assassin's bullet shatters her heart and crushes his soul. He is driven to seek revenge and is fueled to find the answers to Rosalind's mysterious death. Kevin thought he knew his girlfriend, but who was she really, and why did someone want to take her life?
