Synopsis
A Russian/Jewish pawnbroker Simon, leads an ordered, rigid, solitary life and stays is alone in his apartment keeping watch over his wife's corpse. His memories reveal the first moments they met, the first kiss, their wedding day, and the events that led finally to her suicide.
