Synopsis
A true story of Italy's gentelman bandit--the infamous Italian anarchist Horst Fantazzini, who conducted a series of extremely polite bank heists in the 1970s. He robbed banks with a toy gun, but used a real one during his 1973 prison break. Horst Fantazzi wounds two guards during this ill-planned escape, takes two more hostage, and begins a long day of negotiations with an egomaniacal prison warden, his anarchist father, and his sad-sack hostages who are sure they'll end up the real victims by the end of the day.
