Synopsis
As the turmoil of World War II engulfs Hungary, a Budapest eatery, Restaurant Szabo, hosts its own conflicts. Its restaurant owner, Laszlo, hires pianist Andras, and both men love Ilona, which is further complicated when their regular customer Hans, an SS colonel, begins to pursue Ilona's affections.
