Synopsis
A documentary that explores the Eighth Annual Cannabis Cup & Hemp Expo held in Amsterdam. Well known for its hash houses that sell pot over the counter, Amsterdam attracts tourist who pay for the privilege of "judging" these establishments. Seminars are conducted throughout the expo focusing on legality issues, medicinal use, and pot's potential as a eco-friendly source of clothing, paper, food, and even washing detergent. Documentary's ultimate focus is on various "bud freaks" who maintain composure through five days of heavy toking.
