Synopsis
A post-apocalyptic rocker named Buddy heads to Las Vegas with the hopes of becoming Elvis' predecessor -- the new king of rock and roll. However, after an atomic war in 1957 Las Vegas isn't what it used to be. Renamed "Lost Vegas," the strip serves as the last bastion of freedom from Russian occupation and Buddy, armed with his guitar, samurai sword, and dark rimmed glasses must face a host of lethal and musical enemies on his way to becoming crowned its new king.
