Synopsis
In Paris, during the tumultuous winter of 1945, an undistinguished provincial lad becomes a virtuous liar, and via omissions, allusions and a great deal of study, reinvents himself as a remarkably respected French Resistance hero. His entry into the corridors of power leads this youth along a suspensefully delicate path as he attempts to maintain a balancing act between his lies and the truth.
