Synopsis
As a gossipy mother hen to a group of gay, lesbian, and straight friends, Tara is anxious to spill the beans about Javi's positive HIV status. This creates the need for all to voice their opinions about AIDS. One of the group, Megan Pillsbury, is forced to confess to her lesbian lover that she has been having an affair with Serena's cousin Jered. At another point, when Vincey and Javi are attacked by a group of gay-bashers, Vincey fights back and rapes his attacker, a move that splits the normally tight-knit group of friends. Finally, Tara initiates a reconciliation.
