Synopsis
A year in the life of three boxers from Mike Tyson's old neighborhood gym -- the Bed-Stuy Boxing Center in Brooklyn. The lives of the various boxing hopefuls are woven together by the common threads of the neighborhood, the gym, and trainer Harry Keitt. Each boxer transcends the typical coach-athlete relationship: Tyrene is Harry's female protegee, Noel is his obligation and George is his ticket to the success he has been dreaming of. For each of these fighters, Harry provides the only constant and unconditional support they have known.
