Synopsis
A female police investigator, Setsuko, is brought in to help find a serial killer whose victims are young women on crowded subways. Possessing near-telepathic powers and specializing in criminal psycho-pathology, Setsuko begins to suspect her ex-lover and former research partner, Aku, who now runs a controversial and secretive reprogramming center for religious cultists. As Setsuko closes in on the killer, she approaches madness as psychological and sexual insecurities are dredged up by mind-games with the manipulative Aku.
