Synopsis

A drama about Asian American gangs in Los Angeles and one family's attempt to recover from four years spent in the internment camp at Manzanar during WWII. Suggzy Sugimoto survives his internment only to lose his parents who are gunned down in their corner market. His baby brother Marco is traumatized by the brutal killing. Suggzy gets his buddha heads buddies together and takes revenge by executing the shooter. He draws a quarter in the joint for premeditated murder. He is finally released and returns to L.A. in search of his baby brother Marco. Marco is now a gang-banger, leader of the Savage Boys crew, headed by a Chinese dai-lo. Suggzy knows the terminus Marco is destined for - but can he save him and himself?
