Synopsis
A movie about the largest prisoner escape from a Nazi death camp in World War II. Six hundred inmates were driven to a desperate, daring escape attempt, on October 14, 1943, from Sobibor, the most secret of three death camps located in Eastern Poland. During the revolt, more than 300 persons made it to freedom.

The production was filmed on a set reconstructed from a small scale replica of the actual camp designed by Tom Blatt, one of the survivors, for the Martyrs Memorial & Museum of the Holocaust in Los Angeles, where it is on display.
