Synopsis
A television movie based on the novella by John William Corrington, set in Georgia in 1975, about the relationship between two older men in the south. A white judge cannot understand why his childhood friend, an older black man, has refused to accept the Congressional Medal of Honor. He looks into the case, and in the process finds himself confronting his own betrayal of his now estranged friend.
