Synopsis

"Pink" Watson, a telephone operator at the Ritz Hotel, after disconcerting experiences with genuine and pseudo Midases, gives up her dreams of one day sporting honest orchids and ermine when Richard Tabor, an unassuming but wealthy young oilman, arrives. Disliking notoriety, Tabor compels Hank, his valet, to exchange identities with him, and Tabor proceeds to fall in love with Pink and she with him, while Hank succeeds in winning the heart of Ermintrude, the flower girl, who believes him to be the millionaire. After a series of amusing misadventures, each lands in jail. When all is resolved, Pink finds herself married to a real millionaire.
