Synopsis
Shortly before World War I, a strong-willed American nurse named Lillie meets Jude, a doctor who runs a medical mission inside the Ottoman Empire. She follows him to the exotic world where war is about to break out. But once there, she finds her loyalty tested when she falls in love with one of the enemy - a lieutenant in the Ottoman Army. And when the enemy advances on their compound, Lillie must make a choice.
