Synopsis

Dr. Winnie O'Neil owns and operates a gymnasium with the aid of Jojo Mullins, a correspondence school wrestler. In the same building, Tom Weston works for Walter Dunlap, the father of his girl friend, Sally. Sally teases her father into giving Tom a better position, but Tom quits his job rather than accept an unearned advance. On his way out, he helps Jojo overcome an attack by Winnie's ex-husband, a former wrestling champion. Winnie arrives just in time to see Tom in action and offers to make him a professional wrestler. Sally tries to dissuade Tom by hiring a tough man to wrestle with him at the training camp, but the plot fails when Jojo ends up in the ring with him instead. Dunlap tries to bribe Tom into quitting the game, but he refuses, knowing that Winnie has staked everything she owns on the game. Frustrated, Dunlap kidnaps Tom and holds him on board his yacht. Sally releases him, telling him he must choose between her and wrestling. Honorably, Tom demands they return him to the ring. Meanwhile, hoping to stall until Tom arrives, Winnie arranges an exhibition match between Jojo and a secret opponent, who turns out to be Winnie's former husband. Jojo finally wins the match just before Tom reappears. Tom wins his match also, and Sally, who has been watching from the sidelines, is so excited that she forgives him. Winnie and Jojo copy Sally and Tom when they kiss.
