Biography
Jose Luis Gomez was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Gomez kickstarted his acting career in various films such as "Pascual Duarte" (1975), "Nunca Es Tarde" (1977) and "In Memorium" (1977). He also appeared in "Parranda" (1977), "Los Ojos Vendados" (1978) and "Sonambulos" (1978). He continued to act in productions like "Dedicatoria" (1980), the thriller "The Last of Philip Banter" (1986) with Scott Paulin and "Luces y Sombras" (1988). He also lent his voice to the Amparo Munoz documentary "El Balcon Abierto" (1984). Recently, he tackled roles in the dramatic adaptation "Hormigas en la boca" (2005) with Ariadna Gil, "La Buena Voz" (2006) and "Teresa: El Cuerpo De Cristo" (2007). He also appeared in "Goya's Ghosts" (2007) and the foreign "Broken Embraces" (2009) with Penélope Cruz. Most recently, Gomez worked on "Her" (2013) with Joaquin Phoenix.
