Biography
Michelle Joyner was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She had a part on the television special "Dakota's Way" (ABC, 1987-88). She also starred in the TV movies "The Chase" (NBC, 1990-91) and "Baby of the Bride" (CBS, 1991-92). She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including a part on "Quantum Leap" (NBC, 1988-1993). She next focused her entertainment career on film, appearing in "Traces of Red" (1992), the Sylvester Stallone action movie "Cliffhanger" (1993) and the Dustin Hoffman action film "Outbreak" (1995). She also appeared in "Painted Hero" (1995). She shifted from film to television work through the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "Millennium" (1996-99), "Prey" (ABC, 1997-98) and "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005). She also appeared in "Bones" (Fox, 2005-). Joyner most recently acted on "Murder in the First" (TNT, 2013-16).
