Later, Johnson acted in the adventure "Napoleon and Samantha" (1972) with Michael Douglas, "The Toothpaste Millionaire" (ABC, 1974-75) and "The Macahans" (ABC, 1975-76). Johnson's music was most recently featured in "Flipped" (2010) with Madeline Carroll.
