Biography
Actress Fran Jeffries appeared in a variety of films over the course of her Hollywood career. Jeffries began her career with roles in the Yul Brynner adventure "The Buccaneer" (1958) and "Sex and the Single Girl" (1964) with Tony Curtis. Later, she acted in the action picture "The Pink Panther" (1964) with Peter Sellers, the musical comedy "Harum Scarum" (1965) with Elvis Presley and "The Smokey Robinson Show" (ABC, 1970-71). Later in her career, Jeffries appeared in "Broadway Sings: The Music of Jule Styne" (PBS, 1986-87). Jeffries's husband was Dick Haymes.
