Over the course of the '90s and 2000s, Carlos Jacott developed a career as a supporting actor with a slew of small roles in motion pictures and television series. Jacott teamed with writer/producer Joss Whedon on a number of occasions, appearing in the TV impresario's futuristic series "Firefly," the teen phenomenon "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," and the "Buffy" spin-off "Angel." In the late '90s, Jacott also collaborated with John Cusack with minor parts in the 1997 hitman comedy "Grosse Point Blank" (as an agent) and the surreal "Being John Malkovich" (as a lawyer). He made another appearance in 1999 as a photographer overseeing the high school senior prom in the teen flick "She's All That." The actor then acquired a leading role as Jack Wilde in the short-lived series "She Spies" in 2002 . Opposite Jim Carrey, Jacott snagged a supporting role as Oz Peterson in the 2005 comedy "Fun with Dick & Jane."
