He had a part on the television special "Manson Family Murders" (1998-99). Following that project, he worked on "Forgiven" (2006), the dramedy "Crazy Like A Fox" (2006) with Roger Rees and "Helena from the Wedding" (2010). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). Fitzgerald also held acting roles in films like "Arbitrage" (2012) and the comedy adventure "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" (2013) with Ben Stiller. Fitzgerald most recently acted on "Bull" (CBS, 2016-).
